Brothers,

At the recent 2009 Spring Fling/Province Council the province approved grants totaling more than $600 for registration to the 53rd National Convention in Orlando, Florida from July 15 - 19, 2009.

Purpose
The purpose of these grants is to provide monetary assistance to those brothers who attend the convention.

Grants
One Full Registration Grant - The province will provide one full registration grant worth $249.

Three Partial Registration Grants - The province will provide three partial registration grants worth $125 each.

Eligibility
Any collegiate brother that is in good standing who is attending the National Convention is eligible.

Application
The successful candidate will complete the attached application. The application does require an essay – How will attending the National Convention improve your individual leadership skills and impact your chapter?

Deadline
All applications must be sent electronically to pg20@sinfonia.org no later than midnight on April 27. Late applications will not be accepted.

Requirements
Recipients of the convention registration grants will be required to register by May 1, 2009. Upon registration, the recipient will be reimbursed based on their grant amount. While at Convention the recipient will fully attend all events. At the 2010 Province Workshop the recipients will present convention highlights.
